Bachelor of Construction Management and Potential Areas of Employment

The course is concerned with the management of aspects relating to the construction industry i.e construction, quantity surveying, design e.t.c

It therefore assists students to develop neccesary skills to manage and control the process of construction (including the legal and economic dimensions). Construction managers collaborate with architects, engineers and other allied proffesions in the construction industry in ensuring constructions are built to economic and time budget.

Graduates may find work in diverse areas as:-
  • Building Surveyor
  • Design and Construction Manager
  • Project Manager
  • Property Manager

The course is offered in the University of Nairobi and JKUAT
