Real estate is property . The property includes land, the buildings on it along with its resources (both man-made and natural).

The four year course makes of students real estate professionals who create, manage and develop wealth in the built environment as well as advance the quality of urban living. It therefore makes a graduate ready for a career in the business, property and real estate world.

One becomes an expert in the field of real estate in one or more of the following capacities (but not limited to):-

  • Real Estate Valuer
  • Property Market Analyst
  • Asset Managers
  • Urban Economist
  • Real Estate Financial Analyst
  • Real Estate Development Consultant

The course is offered in the University of Nairobi, Kenya Polytechnic among others.
